it started out with an escort bringing us to the room...

the inside...uuu..pretty chandelier...

if you wanna know how expensive a place is, just count the forks and spoons :D
some people think that this is how a civilized person should eat. very high class. but to me it is a waste of time to arrange and wash the extras; waste of money to buy it ;and also waste of space for the table. hehe. and eating with your left hand is a satan's act. (-_-") shame on the people who says we need to take eating course;coz we use it the opposite way(that means the fork is on the right while the knife on the left.so when you eat, you put in food with ur right hand).but a fren of mine gave me an idea. if people tried to condemned the not right/"opposite way", just say that you are left handed. (^^,)

the starters.. raw fish with caviar and oranges...

then they grated lime skin on top..the smell was marvelous

the carbohydrate -- bread--

you can eat it with fine butter...

or dip it in this..

when they have poured in the soup

so it becomes like this.. you can really taste the extracts of the kelp..

then, they served the main dishes

grilled salmon and wrapped mushroom with special sauce.decorated with green peas and broccolis

the salad- there's a slice of pumpkin at the bottom, and some purple and red flower petals on top.

finally...the desert

milk coconut ice cream in the middle, surrounded with berries. blueberry,raspberry and strawberry.beneath it , there's kiwi, pineapple and mango.

lastly to soothe down the sweets. a very dark black coffee.

LP - yikes (. >,...<)

when my bro showed me an LP song ..ergh.. .im hooking back to my past .yikes.im starting to hear my ex-favourite band, and banging my head down.i remembered the time, when i and my bro would put in the LP CD on the player, so that when the car moves, we get to hear it. but then, my mom would always change it back to erm..more soft melodies. yeah. but when i drive.. its the driver's choice. (^ ^ ) that was the not so good and not so old days. but , anyway, got hook back to LP-- this is terrible.erm.. but not all songs are terrible. it has deep meaning..for example :

twinkle twinkle lil *star *

from out of nowhere, the whole classroom heard the musical tone of "twinkle twinkle lil star". it reminds you of a musical box, where the "ting" sound made by it, so smooth, soft, and feels like you are being lullaby by it. asking you to go to sleep. BUT we were in the middle of optic fibre class. A lot of people were about to drool off, but the handphone tone wake them up, and the stressful students trying to understand wat in the world is the sensei(lecturer) is teaching, scribbling and lecturing at the blackboard, started smiling. at first, we were like "who forgot to switch of their hp??" , then trying to trace up where the sound is coming from, our dear sensei stopped writing,turned around and open us his bag, searching for something.. we smiled,and then giggled a lil bit, but still maintained the respect for the elderly. so, sensei continued to the board. THEN it rang again. From smilling, some just couldnt stand it and just burst out laughing.

I guess everybody knows this "twinkle twinkle lil star " lullaby. It had reminded me of a happy children song, my happy childhood life. But, then it stroke me. Wat about the kids in Palestine? Darfur? Iraq ? Not every kids get the chance to be secured and happy , to enjoy their childhood. instead of "twinkle twinkle lil star ",its "twinkle twinkle lil BOMBs "Yeah, its sad. i know. but us feeling sad for them, (like this moment only) then go back to our luxurious life, and forget about them is not an answer. you get it dont u? or not ? we need to get MOVING~~~ and i mean it.like --get your lazy bump of that comfy chair!

if you did a bad stuff, who are u going to blame? the satan or u? who exactly is this satan? a muslim should be able to answer this easily coz it is recorded in the quran. in a surah that every muslim kids memorize.

The "True" Furqan - dont get confuse (@_@)

do you know wat is the true furqan all about? it is sort of like a scheme done by islam's enemy . im quite shock , because in the introduction, it specifically says "to the Arab nation specifically and the Muslim world collectively ......"
people really do can get confuse even by the book's title. Furqan VS Quran. imagine a japanese who wants to know about islam , and quran in japanese is koran. so, since he doesnt know wats in english, he could make a big mistake. a spelling error when you are google-ing. could make a difference too. assuming that the person has never seen a Quran before in his life.

The possibility of getting the wrong copy of the Quran is high even to muslims or non-muslims. why i say this.

• once i had a friend who asked me to help him check if the content of the quran that he is buying is true or not.
• second, i knew a lot of people who just read the quran in arabic, and never understand wat the contents is all about.
  

So, if people never knew how a Quran looks like , in and out,and never read the translation of the quran, wat would you expect? .. you get the point right.

everytime we read the quran, sometimes we come across the word kufr(kufar) and the word cruel(zalim). are they the same? we seem to imagine in our head that zalim are like the terrorist, zionist, occupation in palestine, the bombing and killing in afghanistan, iraq, etc. only big stuffs that we see through our eyes is how "zalim" is imagined in our thought.

Al-Alamah Ibnu Khaldun menjelaskan makna zalim di dalam kitabnya Al-Muqqadimah:

Janganlah kamu menyangka zalim itu mengambil harta atau merampas milik tanpa alasan dan gantian yang wajar seperti diketahui umum, tetapi zalim itu bermakna lebih luas dari itu. Zalim itu ialah setiap orang yang mengambil milik orang lain atau merampas di dalam kerjanya, atau membuat permintaan yang tidak sebenar, atau mewajibkan kepada seseorang dalam perkara yang tidak diwajibkan oleh hukum syarak. Oleh itu mengambil cukai dengan cara yang tidak benar adalah zalim, bertindak mencari kesempatan daripadanya adalah zalim, menghalang hak orang lain adalah zalim. Kesemua akibat penyakit zalim yang berlaku menjadi bebanan negara ke arah membawa keruntuhan.

"Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang yang zalim."
Al Imran ayat 58

• Sifat zalim yang dilakukan oleh seseorang tanpa sedar dalam tiga bentuk iaitu:

1. Zalim pada Allah seperti syirik, menghalalkan apa yang diharamkan oleh Allah atau sebaliknya, melanggar batas ketentuan Allah, mengadakan kepalsuan kepada agama Allah dan sebagainya.
2. Zalim pada diri sendiri seperti mengikut hawa nafsu, menolak kebenaran dan peringatan, engkar pada perintah Allah dan perbuatan-perbuatan yang akan menjerumuskan dirinya ke neraka.
3. Zalim kepada orang lain seperti mengumpat dan merendahkan orang Islam, buruk sangka dan membuat fitnah dan semua perbuatan yang menyebabkan orang lain menerima kesusahan.

wat interest me the most is the zalim towards ourselves. when we read the quran, and the word zalim is there, try to remember, zalim towards ourselves. it gives a bigger meaning. (^_^)
