1st Ramadhan
On 1st Ramadhan , i went to Hachioji Mosque, hoping to pray tarawikh there . It was 7.15 when i arrive Hachiyouji eki(station). Isya turns in at 7.45 . Nadiah went to look for an umbrella in Sogo, while i wait for Syada , a kousen girl, to arrive. When we have all gathered, we rushed ourselves from hachiyouji eki towards the bus stop. Even though it was raining heavily, and even though it was late, hopes of praying together is still high in my heart. When we arrived by bus at the front step of Tauhid Masjid (Hachioji Mosque) , dim lights shone from the glass windows. Where is everyone? Took the stairs till 3rd floor, and opened up the Muslimah prayer's room's door. Ummu Bashar was there all alone in the dimmed yellow light. "Assalamualaikum" . "Walaikumsalam" . Ummu Bashar switch on the lights and later on hug us cheerfully. After praying maghrib and isya, we asked Ummu Bashar about tarawikh and she told us that we have to wait till the moon is seen, or a confirmation from the islamic centre whether we fast or not tomorrow. Since it was raining, it was hard to see the moon, and most probably they'll follow Malaysia. " Then after that, we will pray tarawikh" ummu Bashar told us. Unfortunately it hasn't been confirmed yet even though it is already 10.30 pm. We had to go back to Nadia's house because trains and buses doesnt run 24/7 . At first, we (nad and me) thought we would have sahur at home, but on second thought, we went to Coco's Restourant, that closes at 2am. fajr is at 3.40 am .we went there at 1am. we had seafood spagetti :D It was a bit expensive though, but hey celebrating the 1st ramadhan is just once a year. salam ramadhan (^_^)

Easy Chocolate Cake
(Scandinavian)Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
1+¼ cup (170 g) all-purpose flour2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (dutched/dark)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 pinches salt
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
½ cup (1.2 dl) milk or water
½ cup (1.2 dl) vegetable oil (flavorless)
2 eggs
Ingredients for frosting
2/3 cup (1.6 dl) heavy cream or whipping cream9 oz (260 g) semisweet chocolate (40-50% cocoa)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F (Gas mark 4 or 180 deg C)
- Grease a 9 inch (23 cm) cake tin.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- Add milk/water, vegetable oil and eggs.
- Mix everything together until smooth, either by hand or by using an electric mixer at slow speed.
- Transfer to bake tin and bake at 350 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
- After the cake has cooled, slice the cake through the middle to make two layers (easier if the cake has been in the fridge).
Frosting
- Heat 2/3 cup (1.6 dl) of heavy cream or whipping cream in a sauce pan.
- Remove from heat, add 9 oz (260 g) of finely chopped dark semisweet chocolate, stir until smooth, and let it cool until in thickens, if needed in the fridge.
- Use one 1/3 of the frosting between the two layers, 1/3 on top, and the rest around the cake. Put the cake into the fridge for one hour or more to harden the frosting.
- This cake should have room temperature when served.

Occupation 101 . the 3rd definition holds the meaning. its a coincidence that i watched Occupation 101. I think people should watch this too . it will give you a great impact about israel and palestine. it is about the silence of the majority. things not shown on your bbc channel or news. coz not many journalist dare to go in deep. wonder where some taxes goes? wonder how the lives of little kids in palestine? palestine and israel issue is not just the muslim's issue, it is also the issue of other people. human rights activist, the peace maker http://www.occupation101.com/ you can watch it you tube too. dont let the media deceive your mind .dont miss out to know the truth~ what can we do from here?
a few sugguestion:
- lets wear BLACK on the 21st (^_^)V peace
- the pen is mightier than the sword >>voice out your opinion, maybe some of you can be like Sófia Servando Baig
- spread the truth by telling your friends or write issues about palestine on your blog .
- seems too drastic to suddenly talk about heavy subjects to your friends? there are a lot of songs on palestine ,cool video clips too. send it to your friends. my favourites : click it > outlandish Look Into My eyes >the sound of reason Palestine
- boycott israel >>check out things you can boycott here >>http://www.inminds.co.uk/boycott-faq.html
- donate , fast2fund >> http://fast2fund.blogspot.com/
- lastly, don't forget to pray for the success

‘O People, Prepare for Departure!’
I called out, “O people of Basrah, is this some kind of holiday of yours that I am unaware of?”
Someone answered, “No, but al-Hasan al-Basri is in the main gathering place (of basrah), giving a khutbah to the people.”
I hurried to his gathering , and when I arrived there, I saw him sitting down on some high ground .
He was saying:
“O people, prepare for departure, for very little time remains from this world.
Prepare to move (to the akhirah), for there is no way to stay here.
Do you not know that you will soon be surrendered to the place of trial?
Do you not know that each one of you will soon be alone with his deeds and that you will be presented (with your deeds) to Allah on the day of judgment?
He forbade you from sinning, but you have not stopped sinning.
He (threatened) you with the hell-fire, but you are neither afraid nor terrified of it.
He has encouraged you to seek our Jannah, but you do not (seem to) desire it or long for it.
Your white hairs are warning you of approaching death, so what are you waiting for?
O white-haired one, you are able to perform good deeds , so what is your excuse.
O one who obeys his mouth and his desires, who wastes his share of the akhirah by taking his entire share in this world, who persists in committing sins and evil deeds , if only I knew : what your excuse will be before him?
What argument will you put forth when you go to him? You are lost and misguided, so ask Allah, the All-Mighty, to forgive both me and you.”
